Clarifications:

  1. All intake documents, screeners, consents, and privacy agreements must be completed prior to your first session. The system works best if you can use a desktop or laptop computer rather than your phone.

  2. When you request an appointment time slot, the provider will either confirm or decline your appointment. You will receive a confirmation or declination email with a reason if it is declined.

  3. You may request more than one appointment time slot at a time.

  4. The system goes out 8 weeks at a time, so you will only be able to see available appointments within that 8 week time frame.

  5. This is a self schedule system, meaning you book your own appointments without having to go through a person directly. Make sure if you are active duty or a veteran using Community Care, you have a referral and authorization number.
